Really good experience. We was big group with buss. Buss we could park at front door. Rooms was really good and cozy. Breakfast was really good. Best part was restaurant food it was amazing really tasty.

Quality of food is absolutely perfect! It is worth a try one (or more) of many local dishes. They are amazing, made with new and fresh look, tastes are excellent. Once you come, you have to come back. Waiting time very decent. Oh, and service - 5*.

Excellent value for money. The room was large and clean with all the amenities you may need. Down pillows. Breakfast had good variety. There is a restaurant which operates quite late. There is a small convevience store around the corner open until 11 pm. The hotel also has a parking and there is a city parling right in front which is free of charge during the weekends. Overall there is nothing negative I would say about the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. 10 times better than any UK Hampton. Food on an evening is proper restaurant quality and could not fault. Quiet comfortable rooms where the AC actually works. Great helpful staff. Only negative is the breakfast "hot" food is only luke warm. Used to stay at the Crystal and the Hampton is overall much better. This will now be the hotel of choice for Bialystok.

We stayed in this hotel at least 5 or 6 times already. The rooms are always super clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a great restaurant in this hotel. It is always a pleasure to stay here.

Rooms are good. However, for EV charging, unfortunately Euro wall plugs in car park do not work. As nearby Bialystok supercharger closes at night, two AC chargers are likely often occupied in the hotel, leaving no option to charge over night. Reception assured (I repeated many times) I could use the wall plug to charge but after I parked, I got - NO as answer as there is no power. The reason I stayed here as they seemed to offer charging via wall outlet in the past but no longer now - I wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel in the centre of Bialystok. Great underground parking which in temperatures of over +30C is nice. The rooms are the usual high standard that the Hamptons have in Poland, I use them a lot but some in the United Kingdom are bit dated but in Poland they are all fairly new and designed very well. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, very nice people. I highly recommend this hotel if you are making Białystok base to explore the surrounding area.
